De 5320 IP Phone is een zakelijk toestel met volledige voorzieningen: een groot grafisch display met acht programmeerbare, multifunctionele en zelf-labelende toetsen, drie intuïtieve softwaretoetsen, tien vaste toetsen voor telefoonfuncties, en een ingebouwde HTML-speler voor bureaubladtoepassingen.
Deze full-duplex handsfree-telefoon ondersteunt ook resiliency, Hot Desking en geclusterde Hot Desking.
5320 toestel beschikt over 8 self labeling functie toetsen.
Dit type toestel wordt voornamelijk ingezet voor mensen met een kantoor functie. Maar kan ook toegepast worden binnen een ACD omgeving.
Het voordeel van self-labeling keys is dat er geen lokaal beheer op het toestel dient plaats te vinden.
