The phone gives you incredible audio quality with Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity. For handsfree communications, use the full-duplex speakerphone or connect a headset using the RJ9 port. CCX 400 has a USB port for a plug-and-play headset option. The phone’s handset is hearing aid compatible for accessibility.
The Poly CCX 400 is designed for seamless Microsoft Teams integration, provision and manage it via the Microsoft Teams Device Portal.
